Return & Refund Policy
1. Standard Return Eligibility
Time Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (confirmed via the shipping carrier’s tracking information).
Return Cost: We offer free return shipping for eligible returns — our team will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience.
Item Condition: Returned jewelry must be in unused, unworn, and original condition — no scratches, tarnishes, or signs of wear are allowed. All original packaging (including gift boxes, polishing cloths, product tags, and authenticity certificates, if applicable) must be intact and returned with the item.
Refund Exclusion: Please note that the original shipping fee (charged for delivering your order to you) is non-refundable, unless the return is caused by a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Promotional Period Exception: Our standard return terms may be adjusted during special promotional events (e.g., seasonal sales, holiday promotions). Specific return rules for these periods will be clearly stated on the promotion’s dedicated page or in the order confirmation email — we recommend reviewing them before placing your order.
Third-Party Retailer Purchases: If you bought Zoorvia products from an authorized third-party retailer (not our official independent site), please contact that retailer directly for their return and refund policies. We cannot process returns for items not purchased through our official site.
2. Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday & Special Promotions)
Request a Return Label: Send an email to support@zoorvia.com to apply for a return label. In your email, please include your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the name/model of the jewelry item(s) you want to return.
Await Confirmation & Guidelines: Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you the pre-paid return label along with detailed instructions, including the return warehouse address and packaging tips.
Pack & Ship the Item: Securely pack the jewelry and all original packaging to avoid damage during transit, then attach the provided return label to the outer package. Drop off the package at the designated shipping location (as specified in our confirmation email). We strongly suggest keeping the return tracking number for future reference.
Inspection & Refund Processing: Once our warehouse receives your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets the eligibility criteria. For approved returns, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). Please allow 3-7 additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account, as processing times vary by payment providers.
