Zoorvia specializes in premium jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and accessories. We strive to represent all products accurately through photography and descriptions. However, slight color and finish variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of materials such as metals and gemstones.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Zoorvia reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
5. Shipping
We ship to eligible countries and regions as listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Zoorvia is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene considerations, earrings for pierced ears that have been removed from their original packaging are non-returnable. All other items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually. Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Jewelry Care Disclaimer
To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and storing pieces in a cool, dry place. Tarnishing, discoloration, or damage resulting from improper care or storage is not covered under our return or warranty policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Zoorvia. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zoorvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Sanctions & Restricted Regions
Zoorvia does not offer, sell, or ship products or services to individuals, entities, or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, countries, territories, and individuals designated under sanctions programs administered by:
